• The number of entrants is limited to 100

• The cost per dachshund is $ 10.00. For registration you will only be allowed to register 1 dog per handler. This means if your family wants to race two dogs, you need two different handlers.

• Only Dachshunds may enter the race.

• Please keep your pet on a leash at all times until it is your turn to race!

ROUND 1
There will be 10 separate heats and the top 3 dogs from each race will go to Round 2

ROUND 2
There will be 3 separate races and the top 5 dogs will go to the semi-finals.

SEMI-FINALS
There will be 2 separate races and the Top 4 from each race will go to the Finals

FINALS
The final race will have 8, 9 or 10 dogs depending upon if there are ties in the semi-finals

• In the event of a tie, the dogs that tied may be required to re-run.

* DO NOT LEAVE ANY ANIMALS IN YOUR CAR!! Event staff will have the right to involve the proper authorities of we feel an animal is at risk.

 Please be sure your animal is current on DHPP, Rabies, and (suggested) Bordetella vaccines. Parvo and Kennel Cough are highly contagious to young and older dogs, but can even affect a seemingly healthy dog!

This is an event to raise money and allow Wiener Dog fans to get together and laugh at our silly little, (and sometimes not so little) guys! Please take a lighthearted approach at these events, we all want to have fun whether we are a Wiener, Winner, or both!
